Join our team, Arbutus Hospitality are recruiting for the following positions: 

Full Time, Wedding and Events Co-ordinator

  • Responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing successful wedding events at a number of venues across N.Ireland and Donegal on behalf of Arbutus Hospitality 
  • Managing budget and costing of events 
  • Liaising with external wedding and events suppliers
  • Must be willing to travel to different venues with current clean driving license 
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients and adhere to their needs
  • Involves weekend and evening work
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector 
  • Be organised and efficient
  • Reporting to manager 

Salary depending on experience 

 

Part Time, General Maintenance Person 

  • Responsible for maintaining grounds of venues and vehicles on behalf of Arbutus Hospitality
  • Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Delivery and collections of goods with current clean driving license 
  • Be organised and efficient and able to manage time of deliveries 
  • Reporting to manager 

Salary depending on experience
