Join our team, Arbutus Hospitality are recruiting for the following positions:
Full Time, Wedding and Events Co-ordinator
- Responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing successful wedding events at a number of venues across N.Ireland and Donegal on behalf of Arbutus Hospitality
- Managing budget and costing of events
- Liaising with external wedding and events suppliers
- Must be willing to travel to different venues with current clean driving license
- Be the first point of contact for our clients and adhere to their needs
- Involves weekend and evening work
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector
- Be organised and efficient
- Reporting to manager
Salary depending on experience
Part Time, General Maintenance Person
- Responsible for maintaining grounds of venues and vehicles on behalf of Arbutus Hospitality
- Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Delivery and collections of goods with current clean driving license
- Be organised and efficient and able to manage time of deliveries
- Reporting to manager
